Since our inception in 2015, we have been on a surprising ride of conceptualising, collaborating and working with amazing, seasoned and budding filmmakers, professionals, and industry experts, exploring the nitty gritty of cinema. Navigating the minor glitches, we have made it this far only due to the overwhelming support from the film fraternity. The pandemic proved to be an eye-opener in this regard, when we realised the full extent to which we have been indebted to the goodwill and help from each and every filmmaker and reader.
Now that ISM is approaching its 6th anniversary, this feels like the perfect time to commemorate our journey and celebrate our patrons, and all things cinema. Starting this year, ISM is launching Indie Shorts Mag Short Film Festival(ISMSFF). For this year’s programme, we have arranged for screening of the best fiction shorts and handpicked documentaries for a 2-hour long event on 13th July 2021, where the audience and panelists get to choose their favourites.

The winners from the ‘Short Film’ & ‘Documentary’ categories will be awarded a lifetime Filmstro Pro Plus account worth $6k* each and winners from the remaining categories shall receive a Filmstro Pro lifetime account worth $3k* each.
*The worth of the lifetime account is being calculated by multiplying the annual licence plans by 12(years).
