Sam’s Box – Review

SAM’S BOX? The title of the film stirred up so many images in my mind before I finally watched the film. The film has a lot in store for you so sit tight! The basic outline of the film is about how two really lonely guys hatch a series of plans to take their own lives. But do they really stick to their plan and commit suicide?

Sam's Box - Review - Short of the Month - 1

This 14 minutes film gets more and more interesting and hilarious after the first 4 minutes or so. The comical situations where each of their suicide plans is dramatized are worth watching! Felipe Gon and William Brighton play the protagonists: crazy friends who are hell bent on trying every possible method of killing themselves. Their acting is just brilliant. Musical element is in sync with the scenes. But you might not notice it that much because the story itself is so engaging and has got all your attention.

Camera work and editing are simple and neat.

Felipe Gon not only enthralls you with his amazing acting skills but also executes the film with the perfect amount of madness that the story needs.
